Dr. Cobb is a chiropractic orthopedist in active clinical practice, with a focus on evidence-based evaluation and non-surgical management of neuromusculoskeletal conditions. In addition to clinical care, he provides independent professional consultation related to chiropractic standards of care, clinical guidelines, utilization review, and the appropriateness of treatment practices.
Dr. Cobb holds the DIANM (Diplomate of the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine), an advanced credential in chiropractic orthopedics reflecting specialized training in evidence-based assessment and conservative orthopedic management. This designation is held by a small percentage of chiropractors nationwide and is recognized by the United States Army for credentialing of chiropractic specialists.
He is currently serving a second term on the Professional Affairs Advisory Board (PAAB) of Health Network Solutions, participating in the development and review of chiropractic clinical and utilization guidelines applied across regional managed care and medical insurance networks.
